Seasoned professional with significant field experience in Managing Operations, Project and product development, Process & Assembly oriented manufacturing including technical development and techno-commercial functions. Background includes handling projects and operations of MNC clients, establishing customer relations with International experience.

Shridhar CN (Associate Director -Technical & Marketing)

Shridhar is a qualified Civil Engineer with Masters in Prestressed Concrete Structures. He has more than 18 years experience in design and detailing of large scale Precast Structures. He has substantial experience in design of various major projects in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. He is a life member of ICI and was guest faculty at organisations like NAC, NCB, ESCI to educate the engineers in Precast Technology. He served at several levels of design process in various large scale organizations at Gulf region and is knowledgeable at various international design codes. He has served various responsibilities and has proven track record in providing solutions to clients, consultants and municipal authorities in precast design benefits. He has good experience in the design aspects of setting up of precast factories and its expansions. He is a good leader with ability to motivate and guide the team towards the success of company. He is eager to adopt new developments in the precast technology.

Nadav Shachaf (General Manager-Technical)

Since 1976 Nadav has been associated with the Prestressed element manufacturing industry and has held various positions in leading prestressed element manufacturing companies such as Spancrit Palmmachim Limited, Spancrit Celal Beton and Spancrit Limited - Israel. Nadav is a qualified mechanical engineer. He was the Managing Director at Spancrit Celal Beton during the period 2002-2003 and the Managing Director of Spancrit Limited during the period 2004 -2007. He also assisted Shay – Gil Projects Limited a leading Israel company in setting up a new prestressed concrete element manufacturing facility in the capacity of an advisor. Nadav with his rich experience in manufacturing Prestressed Elements and managing precast industries, would be responsible for the technical operations for Preca along with a team of experts. He is a keen follower of new trends in the Precast Industry specifically in manufacture of Hollow Core Roofs.

Uri Kertes

A Hungarian/Israeli, civil engineer by profession, an entrepreneur and an accomplished administrator of international repute, having over 33 years of experience and has managed & supervised the execution of various building/civil engineering projects, ranging from residential to commercial and industrial buildings and from roads to other infrastructure development projects in Israel, Hungary, Cameroon and Nigeria.

Dr. Tunji Olowolafe

Is the Chairman of various Nigerian Companies involved in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Metro Rail, and Medical Facilities, Real Estate etc. He owns Nigerian largest Infrastructure Companies and has investments in many companies with financial & technical partners around the World including Tata from India. He is also a qualified MBBS Doctor and has long experience in Medical Infrastructure

Satish Gottipati

Has more than 20 years of business experience in the field of Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Real Estate Sectors. Satish has served many organizations, which range from medium to large size listed companies and Indian outfits of foreign companies. Satish has long standing and successful business association with reputed international business groups in implementing various projects. Satish held the following positions in India - Board Member of Israel & Indian JV into Property Development, Board Member of Financial Advisory Company to foreign investors. Satish is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He is the Central Executive Member and Head of state of Andhra Pradesh of FISME

Balakrishna - DGM - F&A

A qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of expertise in the finance departments of the industry and has worked with some of the most promising companies like, Brahmayya & Co., Eruvaka Technologies, Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. Etc. At PRECA, he is responsible for all F& A matters.

Dr Roy is a Professional with 30 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Strategy Development and Execution with a successful history of delivering complex transformational businesses across industries. He has supported organizations that become a thriving place to deliver value to its end consumers through deep understanding of the client’s needs and objectives. Dr Roy has traveled extensively across Urban & Rural India and Internationally around the North & Latin Americas, Europe and the South & Middle East Asian region. An Alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and the ISB – Kellogg Global Advanced Management Programme, Dr Roy graduated in Psychology from Bombay University. Additionally, he received his PhD on Philosophy in Management with Specialization in Strategy of Business.
